Global Dialogue | Hamas accepts ceasefire plan, can it work this time?

Hamas said on Tuesday that it accepts the latest UN Security Council ceasefire resolution. The US-proposed resolution calls for a "full and complete ceasefire," the release of remaining captives, and a reconstruction plan for Gaza.

How different is this ceasefire plan? Will it stop the Gaza war this time? Guy Burton, an expert on Middle East politics, explained on Global Dialogue, "The real question is whether the Americans are willing to put leverage on the Israelis to act."
