A British court has denied #NicolásMaduro’s attempt to access $1bn of #VenezuelanGold held at the Bank of England. The court said UK recognises opposition leader #JuanGuaido as Venezuela's president. Analyst Guy Burton says division of political authority between Maduro and Guaido is the main problem.
